How Cars changed our world

1. How many years have cars been in New Zealand? How did they get there?

They were in New Zealand for 120 Years and they came from France in a steamboat Rotomahana

2. How fast was the little car? How fast could the bigger car go?

The little car can go 16 kilometres an hour and the bigger one can go 50 kilometres an hour

3. Why were the "onlookers shocked"?

Because William crashed into the fence and it was the first New Zealand crash

4. What happened in Lincoln. Christchurch

Nicholas Oates was caught driving his car over the speed limit 6 kilometres

5. Explain your own words what the Dennison car did? 

A man called Fred Dennison he made his own little car and he went on a huge trip to Ōamaru and it took three hours
